Using Architectural Visualization and Animation to Demonstrate LEED Qualities

In looking at this project from a different point of view, the team decided to create a 3D Animation that focused on the internal use and functionality of the structure, coupled with some unique GREEN elements and LEED certified design details all within one presentation.
Typically you would show the architectural details and unique design features for a project, which we did include. Yet more so, we focused on how the structure would function from the inside out.
The video was created to walk the viewer through the intricacies of what made the structure different than others, as well as delving deeper into the functioning of the structure that sometimes are overlooked during project video presentations.
Some of the features in the video to pay close attention to are the use of graphics to show car counting, access, LEED certification design elements and of course all the GREEN elements in and around the project.
Again, a great example of how you might consider communicating unique design and functional details of a project so all members of the viewing audience can easily understand what is being proposed.
