View Simulations Could Help Land Your Anchor Tenant

It is one thing to take a photo of your site and use it in your pitch to secure an anchor tenant who insists there must be visibility to their building and signage from the main road or freeway.  It is another thing altogether to take that same photo and simulate the building with pylon signs superimposed into the photo, to create an accurate representation of the project as if it was already constructed.

It is rather inexpensive to create these types of studies and can be incredibly useful for key decision makers.  A tool that shows them exactly what they will see from various locations along the freeway or main surface road looking in both directions can be invaluable!

In many instances, just one quality shot can clearly convey the suggested visibility you are offering to your prospective anchor tenant.  A few extra site features may also be effectively communicated in that shot such as, access and signage, which also are very important to the overall site selection for that tenant.

Certainly site plans can show much of this, yet to see a life like view simulation that shows actual perspectives from a car on a road back to your building on the project site, sure helps the decision making process in determining if this is the right site for you if visibility is in fact a driving factor.
