Virtual Freeway View Equals Tenant Interest

I recently called one of our industrial developer clients to check in on how their distribution project was going and specifically how the 3D aerial rendering we provided was working out for them.

I knew the aerial view was going to be very important to the success of the leasing effort, since there was a new proposed freeway running through the back of the project that would offer direct access to and from the site, yet was hard to visualize from just looking at the blue prints.

The only way to really communicate the linkage between the proposed freeway and the planned distribution project would be to create a 3D digital model and super impose it into an aerial photo, so this way everything looks as if it already exists and is now in context to the existing surroundings.

I was glad to hear that the rendering was working great and the photo realistic details in the image were paying dividends as far as promoting the quality of the development and unparallel location of the project to the proposed new freeway.

As long as the 3D presentation tools we provide yield meaningful results, our team is happy and most importantly our clients are happy.
