Renovation and Entitlement Projects Need Visuals Too!

I’m hearing lots of discussion lately on how to market incomplete and/or neglected bank owned properties.  Interestingly enough, these properties are perfect for Visual Analysis, or photo-simulations as they are often called.

What is that you might ask? Essentially, a photo is taken of the subject-property and digitally enhanced to show the proposed completed condition.  Usually, these properties are vacant lots or redevelopment corridors, though bank owned properties seem to be the project du jour.
