Leverage Existing Marketing Assets to Create Interactive Sales Tools

We all know that builder sales & marketing budgets are tight these days for new or existing projects. Yet the need for dynamic and impactful sales tools in the sale office or community information center is still strong especially in the sluggish real estate market.
These sales tools empower sales people to make memorable presentations to home buyers and can ultimately lead to more sales.
So how do you create a memorable experience in the sales office with very little budget?
Easy!
You create a custom interactive presentation that leverages your existing sales assets such as floor plans, site plans, renderings, photos, etc.
And that’s exactly what Aldersgate Investment did for their Oak Terrace community in Thousand Oaks, CA. Basically we used their existing marketing assets, embellished them and turned them into a dynamic, fun and easy to use Interactive Sales Tool.
The program lets you preview the different floor plans and elevations, customize and print floor plans for those plans with structural options, easily see which home sites have been released for sale, are available, reserved or sold and drill down to the individual lots to reveal the lot details such as front, side and rear yard dimensions.
