We delivered our first Virtual Model Home in March of 1989 – the very FIRST Virtual Model Home used in new home marketing – and have built hundreds of successful relationships since.
In fact, our passion is to “cultivate relationships that create success”. Success for our clients, fulfillment for our employees and admiration from our competitors.
What we do
Our niche is “creating visual solutions for real estate development.” Each solution is based on a needs analysis and can include simple renderings to custom interactive solutions to movie trailer type animations.

Helping the Environment – We Build Virtually to Save
At Focus 360, not only are we always environmentally conscious with what we do, but our products themselves are all natural, straight out of a computer. Before we created the first 3D renderings, a new home company would have to build 3-4 model homes for customers to walk through in order to find the house that suited their needs. We take that step out of the home buying process; which saves on electricity and materials such as lumber, plastic, glass, metal and cement. This not only makes us happy, but our planet too.
