We’re excited to share some incredible news: Focus 360 has been named one of the 2026 Best Places to Work in Orange County by the Orange County Business Journal in partnership with Workforce Research Group.

This recognition is especially meaningful because it celebrates something we’ve always believed is at the heart of Focus 360: our people. While we’re proud of the technology we create and the experiences we help bring to life for our builder partners, we know the true foundation of our success has always been the team behind it. The creativity, collaboration, and care our employees bring every day are what make Focus 360 more than just a workplace. They make it a community.

The Best Places to Work in Orange County program evaluates organizations through a combination of workplace practices, policies, and employee feedback, with the majority of the evaluation coming directly from employee surveys. That means this recognition comes from the people who experience our culture every day. Their voices, experiences, and perspectives helped shape this achievement, making it one we are incredibly proud to receive.

For more than 35 years, Focus 360 has been focused on one simple idea: helping people experience a vision before it becomes reality. But bringing visions to life takes more than technology. It takes people who are passionate about what they do and who genuinely enjoy working alongside one another. That same human connection that guides our work with clients also guides the way we work as a team.
