Monica is a Project Coordinator who has been with us for nine months now and she says the reason she loves working at Focus 360 is that everyone here is accepting of others. Brock, who in addition to organizing and executing the highly complex and competitive cornhole bracket for the picnic, is one of our Sales Coordinators and just celebrated his year and a half anniversary with the team. Brock agrees with Monica that the people are truly what makes Focus 360 both an enjoyable place to work as well as a key factor to the success of the company overall. He too enjoys being able to collaborate with his coworkers and build meaningful relationships with them as it fosters a healthy work environment that is enjoyable to work in. Additionally, he says that finding creative solutions for clients is not just a key part of his job, it’s what makes Focus 360 so unique; in that, every solution is custom-tailored to fit the client’s exact needs. Furthermore, throughout the entire process from start to finish, Brock stays in contact with the clients, fostering tight-knit relationships while ensuring the final deliverables are precisely what the clients had envisioned, if not better. Tight-knit relationships, Brock says, are what he believes to be a key factor to the success of Focus 360.
